On June 2, 2021 within theERASMUS+ project “Improving skills in laboratory practice for agri-food specialists in Eastern Europe» (Ag-Lab)" The teachers of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies have conducted training for specialists of the testing laboratory of the State Center for Agricultural Products Certification and Examination (SCAPCE) and for the representatives of industry. Head of the Department of Milk Technology, Oil and Fat Products and Beauty Industry, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Natalia Tkachenko spoke on the subject "Falsification of milk: the concept of quality control".
